Running Background
I have been running since I was 18 years old, and I have been more competitive since December 2004 when I started training with Coach Barnow’s Tuesday night group.

I enjoy running the shorter races because you can race them more often. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with the half marathon and the marathon, made peace last year with the half at the NYC Half Marathon and with the marathon at the NYC Marathon when I PR’d at both. Since then, I have been concentrating on the marathon but soon I will be looking to set some new PRs at shorter distances!
